Work to include new construction/remodel framing, interior and exterior finishing, metal roofing, and some tile and hardwood installation. Duties/Responsibilities: - Collaborates with employees concerning work orders, prints, and sketches to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired. - Estimates equipment, tool, and material requirements for each job. - Builds dismantle, and repairs structures, walls, roofs, glass, and siding as assigned. - Operates all necessary tools to complete a job. - Prepares and dismantles scaffolding as needed. - Ensures tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety. - Perform cabinet installation and flooring. laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile. - Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials. - Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels. Required Skills/Abilities: - Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to draw accurate sketche
