What You’ll Actually Do You’ll be in the mix — not on the sidelines. - Move, load, and stage materials, tools, and equipment across active job sites - Support site prep, cleanup, and hazard-free environments - Assist with forming, edging, and setting up concrete structures - Help pour, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools - Apply sealants, waterproofing, and finishing treatments - Operate equipment like power vibrators for proper compaction - Maintain constant awareness of crew, equipment, and surroundings - Support traffic control and signal operators when needed - Work side-by-side with experienced crew members and foremen - Do what it takes to get the job done right This role moves fast, demands focus, and requires you to stay sharp — physically and mentally.
