About The Role Construction Crew Member As a Construction Crew Member at Valor Contracting, you will play a hands-on role in various construction tasks, including unloading, assembling, and installing materials, maintaining a clean and organized job site, operating tools, and assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews.
