The Role The Crew Member (House) is part of the opening Netflix House operational team and is responsible for bringing Netflix's immersive experiences to life. Crew Members encourage fandom through delivering best-in-class customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about Netflix series and films. The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more. This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in Dallas, TX What You Will Do - Work in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to, greeting, ticketing, retail operations, fan service, RePlay, photo operations, events and more. - Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans. - Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows. - Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures. - Foster a culture of safety in all actions. - Other duties as assigned.
