About the Opportunity: The Data Entry Specialist reviews and submits legal documents through online platforms and internal tools. This remote role, based in Puerto Rico, collaborates with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to support project goals, resolve issues, and ensure accurate filing. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient document processing to support the organization’s operational success. 3. Responsibilities: • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email• Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry and process knowledge• Investigate discrepancies as they arise• Complete additional projects as assigned 4. Requirements: • No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus• Preference for candidates with technical experience• Ability to read, write, and speak English• High school diploma or GED required• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately• Strong attention to detail• Team player attitude• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office• Typing speed between 50 and 60 words per minute 5.
