Position Overview:UNIQLO USA is looking for a leader to develop, execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies with the mission of driving brand awareness and revenue for Uniqlo E-Commerce and stores. As the head of the digital marketing team, the Director of Digital Marketing will need to develop a holistic digital marketing strategy to accomplish business objectives, optimize marketing mix for highest efficiency, and help integrate the latest marketing technology into the business. This position reports to the Chief E-Commerce Officer and will have ~5 direct reports, as well as support of various agencies.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:- Oversee full-funnel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth through expansion into new marketing channels and improvement of existing marketing efforts.
- Own the digital media budget and be responsible for all digital marketing KPIs. Lead measurement strategy to guide marketing investment.
- Lead and grow the digital marketing teams, and provide structure, process, and standards for these teams to ensure success.
- Own all agency and vendor relationships related to Digital Marketing.
- Partner cross-functionally with Site, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to inform marketing strategy.
- Develop reporting and insights to be shared at the Board and Executive team level.
