As a Dishwasher, you are on the front lines with excellent fine dining service experience. You will prepare and maintain cleanliness of all culinary items and stations for our guests and support the culinary team on our various train experiences from legacy, lunch, and dinner train. Also, for our various other seasonal experiences and private events. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be a part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one. Requirements Proven kitchen experience Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry’s best practices. Culinary school diploma a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train. Ability to stand for long period of time. Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts. Food Handler's/Serve Safe Certification (or ability to obtain certification). Speak & Read English - Minimum. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
