(TBC) is hiring full-time Guest Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury and high-profile facilities. Guest Room Attendant Overview Guest Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained to luxury brand standards. This role plays an essential part in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional guest service. Overtime is available. Key Responsibilities - Perform detailed room cleaning tasks such as making beds, replacing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furnishings, and maintaining overall room cleanliness. - Confirm that rooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and presented according to required brand standards. - Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy. - Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures. - Maintain a friendly, positive attitude throughout your shift. - Function as a role model for fellow The Burks Companies' employees.
