Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To - Responsible for implementation of edits in client financial statements and subsequent letters and reporting packages associated with those statements - Edits and assembles electronic documents outside of firm software; this may include integrating client-prepared documents with documents created by the firm - Mitigating risk to the firm by enforcing assurance rules and procedures during the editing process - Assisting with financial statement release by ensuring all approvals have been received and appropriate compliance forms have been completed - Cross-check critical data between documents and applications to ensure accuracy and call attention to discrepancies - Use footing tools to verify values within the financial statements The Qualifications. - High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required - Bachelor's degree in English highly preferred - High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is required - Strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills are required - Knowledge of the Associated Press (AP) Style is preferred - Must be able to adapt to priority changes with short notice, multiple times a day - Must be able to remain at workspace at least 75% - 90% of work
