Job Description The Housekeeper has the following duties: As a Housekeeper at Parkside Resort, you will perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. Responsibilities - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. - Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed. - Ensure all guest areas are stocked with necessary supplies and items are organized. - Work efficiently to meet brand standards while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness of service areas and carts. - Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate department or management. - Other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management - Always follow safety and hygiene standards.
