About Us
Rockaway Home Care is a growing home care company that helps clients, families, and caregivers. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our office team in New City.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build office experience and grow with a company. No home care experience is required, and training will be provided.
What You’ll Help With
You will support the office team with day-to-day tasks such as:
- speaking with applicants and caregivers
- helping with onboarding paperwork
- following up with candidates
- answering phones and greeting visitors
- supporting the team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Creole and English
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Organized and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Office or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
