What You'll Do Facility Maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and usability of the buildings and grounds located across the Summit Point campus. This individual must possess a professional demeanor as well as a keen attention to detail. This position is part of a team; cooperation and collaboration are critical for success in this the position. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For - Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment. - Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment. - Removes and disposes trash following the appropriate policies. - Other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements Job Requirements and Qualifications: Required - Requires a high school diploma with 0-1 year of general cleaning work experience. - Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust government security clearance. - Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening. PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day.
