Junior Business Analyst – Elevate ProgramHybrid – Reston, VA$32-35/hr. depending on experience
Position Background:We are hiring an entry-level individual to support one of our healthcare clients as a Junior Business Analyst. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support business, QA, and technology teams through documentation, coordination, and content management, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise environments while developing core business analysis and collaboration skills. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint sites, creating presentations, supporting architecture review processes, and participating in mentorship and learning opportunities.
This role is part of Brooksource’s Elevate Program, which is intended for early-in-career individuals looking to grow and learn both technically and professionally. Throughout your first year, Brooksource offers exposure to technical training for enterprise technologies, opportunities for skill and professional development, cultural enrichment activities and mentorship through the Elevate program.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degree, or 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Basic to intermediate experience with SharePoint (site navigation, content updates, or administrative support)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, well-organized presentations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Slack and Teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to learn independently and demonstrate curiosity
Preferred Qualifications:- Exposure to business process documentation or modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) is a pl
