Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB Merchandises products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor. Responsibilities/Duties - Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor. - Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition. - Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED highly preferred. - Retail industry work experience preferred. - Must have the ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment. - Customer service skills required. - Must have good oral and written communication skills. - Must have good math skills. - Must be able to work under pressure. - Must have good interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work under pressure and without direct supervision. - Must have good driving habits. - Valid driver’s license is required. - Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications. - Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
