Connoisseur Media in Dayton, OH, is looking for a professional and energetic Part-Time Sales Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This on-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple departments and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will provide administrative support across the business, sales, traffic, and administrative teams, while also serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You are a proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer service while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Success in this position requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize work in a high-energy setting, and a commitment to following company procedures and internal controls. The right candidate will also be flexible with their schedule and available to cover additional shifts when needed.
Responsibilities of this position may include the following:
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls.
- Handle Prize Distribution.
- Invoice and Various Document Mailings.
- Daily Mail Sorting.
- Perform Bank Deposits.
- Handle Account Executive Requests within Wide Orbit.
- Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.
Requirements for this position include the following:
- Availability Monday through Friday.
- Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
- Accurate data entry skills.
