- This position will primarily focus on flight attendant recruitment and onboarding within the Flight Service division. The overarching responsibilities will be recruiting professional Flight Attendant Trainees through a series of interviews, by hosting virtual and in-person group interview sessions, while evaluating candidates for selection.
- The role encompasses a variety of administrative functions, which range from email follow-ups, to process enhancements and creation, analytics, and a host of other essential, sensitive, and confidential administrative duties. This position will also have responsibilities related to training and onboarding.
- The role is a part of the Flight Service Recruiting team within our Flight Service group.
What You'll Do

- Facilitate On-Demand Video Interview Evaluations by reviewing and scoring candidate responses using established criteria and interview guides.
- Lead in-person group interview sessions for a high volume of applicants, ensuring a structured, professional, and positive experience for all candidates.
- Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about the interview
