Why you'll love this job - This position will primarily focus on flight attendant recruitment and onboarding within the Flight Service division. The overarching responsibilities will be recruiting professional Flight Attendant Trainees through a series of interviews, by hosting virtual and in-person group interview sessions, while evaluating candidates for selection. - The role encompasses a variety of administrative functions, which range from email follow-ups, to process enhancements and creation, analytics, and a host of other essential, sensitive, and confidential administrative duties. This position will also have responsibilities related to training and onboarding. - The role is a part of the Flight Service Recruiting team within our Flight Service group. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. - Facilitate On-Demand Video Interview Evaluations by reviewing and scoring candidate responses using established criteria and interview guides. - Lead in-person group interview sessions for a high volume of applicants, ensuring a structured, professional, and positive experience for all candidates. - Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about the interview
