This role is an Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator role that is perfect for administrative talent that is looking to grow their career in Recruitment, Sourcing, HR, etc. This role comes with bonus potential and a path to promotion/training whether you want to stay in administration or move to sales/recruitment. Responsibilities: - Serve as a vital link between clients, candidates, and recruiters. - Coordinate and confirm phone screens, onsite interviews, schedules, etc. Ensuring alignment with availability and preferences for all parties. - Assist with sourcing potential candidates using a variety of software applications. - Work with Leaders and Recruiters to assist in the development of recruiting strategies to solve unique hiring challenges. - Handle administrative duties (documentation, email communications, candidate organization, database organization, etc.) - Support Recruitment processes across multiple divisions and own other projects (job boards, data entry, marketing campaigns, etc.) Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a HR, recruitment or sales preferred - BA/BS degree preferred. If not, some College Coursework required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills ** This role does not require recruitment experience, but we do look for eager candidates who are willing to learn, work hard, and are committed to long-term career
