Social Media Lead (Part-Time, Remote) TheFutureSociety is a media company known for Great Awakener, a premium livestream membership platform built around astrology, tarot, intuitive guidance, and consciousness expansion — founded by Jimmy M, astrologer, clairvoyant, and creator of The Tarot Ship (286K+ YouTube subscribers).We’re a lean, fast-moving startup with a global audience of women 35–70 across the US, UK, and Canada. We’re also launching MAX, the world’s first AI astrology platform personalized to a user’s natal chart.You do not need to know astrology for this role. The RoleYou are responsible for making sure our content shows up, every day, everywhere it matters — and performs.This is a part-time, execution-first role. You will own social media across platforms, turning long-form content into short-form, writing captions, posting consistently, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.You’ll also work closely with video editors to ensure a consistent, high-quality content pipeline and maintain a reliable content calendar.You are not just scheduling posts. You are paying attention to what works, what doesn’t, and improving it week by week. What You’ll Do• Own daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms• Turn YouTube videos, livestreams, and long-form content into short-form clips and posts• Write captions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice• Work directly with video editors to ensure content is delivered, formatted, and ready to publish• Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar — no missed posts, no gaps• Ensure all content is posted on time and optimized per platform• Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and adjust accordingly• Monitor comments and engagement, and flag anything important to the team• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to support growth You Are• Early in your career (intern, recent grad, or 1–2 years experience) in social media, PR, co
