What You'll Do The Vroom Driver plays a vital role in bringing the Kelley’s Market experience directly to our customers’ doorsteps. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently fulfilling delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a positive customer experience with every interaction. The Vroom Driver may receive guidance and direction from Lead team members and reports directly to the Assistant Manager(s) and Station Manager. You will: Deliver With Care & Accuracy - Pick, pack, and prepare Vroom orders for prompt delivery - Verify order accuracy to ensure customers receive exactly what they purchased - Deliver orders efficiently while providing friendly, professional service at each stop - Communicate effectively with the store team regarding order status, delays, or customer issues Operate Safely & Responsibly - Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record - Safely operate company-provided vehicles in all weather conditions - Handle products including beverages, snacks, tobacco (where permitted), and general merchandise with care - Comply with all alcohol delivery regulations where applicable Support Store Operations - Assist with light in-store tasks such as order staging, stocking Vroom inventory, or organizing delivery supplies - Maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment, stagi
