Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Production & Warehouse Associate (Print & Finishing) Location: Maple Plain, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift) Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and seeing a finished product come together? Join East View Map Link, America’s largest map distributor. We are seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate to support our print-on-demand and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level role with a wide variety of responsibilities across printing, finishing, packaging, and shipping. Why This Role?- Hands-on, tangible work—you’ll see what you produce every day - Variety of tasks across production, finishing, and fulfillment - Opportunity to learn specialized equipment and skills - Stable weekday schedule with no overnight shifts Key Responsibilities Printing & Production- Retrieve and prepare digital files for printing - Queue, batch, and monitor print jobs across large-format printers - Load and manage print media and ink to ensure consistent output quality Finishing & Assembly- Trim, laminate, and mount printed materials - Assist with framing, canvas wrapping, and installation of hanging hardware - Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications Packaging & Fulfillment- Roll, sleeve, and tube maps and prints for shipment - Prepare and package orders (individual and bulk) to ensure safe delivery - Attach packing slips and supporting documentation as needed Qualifications & Requirements- Comfortable using a computer to retrieve and manage files - Willingness to learn and operate production equipment (training provided) - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs regularly - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits:- Free snacks and beverages - Medical / Dental / Vision / Employer paid Basic Life Insurance / 100% Employer-paid Long-term Disability Insurance / 401k with company match / PTO
